You get what you pay for at Brendon Park... I give them a C-. Every summer since I have lived here they have dug up the nice area behind our building and turned it into a mud hole. The power and water go off regularly without warning... KUB is at fault a lot of the time, but it is a regular problem. The building constuction is poor, but they are still standing. The management just had a bunch of "repair" work done. The work done is just as poorly done as the original.
The staff helps only when the have to. I once had my air conditioner go out in 90 degree weather. I called the office around 3- they state that in temps. that high immediate help will be given. The maintenance personell waited to call me after 6pm when the temperature had cooled down and told me that since it was after hours and below 90 degrees that it was no longer a problem. Trust me, it was!
money is spent everywhere it is not needed.a nice professional news letter with news that pertains to us on the first page, and six more pages of crap you don't care about. THANKS FOR RAISING MY RENT FOR THAT!

the grounds are great- very open and spacious, pretty well taken care of. they have recently fenced in the complex so people around us can't dump their trash as easiley. all in all for the price it the apartments are a good find, but you get what you pay for. don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed

The management company decides what to spend money on and when to raise the rent. The staff are very open to suggestions and try their best to help everyone. The maintenance staff has recently changed and seem to be on top of things. The recent work that has been done is not complete. The newsletter has been discontinued. The staff also asks residents to report any concerns or complaints because they can't help if they don't know if you have a problem. I frequently talk to the office staff and think they do the best that they can.
