I filled out an application for Brendon Park paid the application fee and they told me to call back the next day. Everytime I called from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m they said that they were out on property and they never would call me back even though they asked for my number three times. I had explained my situation and let them know I needed a place immediately. This delayed my ability to get another apartment costing me money at the hotel I was staying at. UNPROFFESSIONAL. If this is how they are to prospective tenants I would hate to rent from them.

office staff complete idiots they cant even write uot a proper repair request had on two occaisind a bad sink and a bad door to my balcony both repective of the other, the repair man comes by and said what wrong with your toilet? looked at the order and yep it said my toilet was broken secondly the repair man came out and said whats wrong with your heating ? wha? no it mt door to the balcony that sticks!! lokked at the repair order and yep it said my air was not working whomever runs the front office is either too overwhelmed or a complete idiot
