I am 20 yrs old I moved into the ashton with the move in specail which was $400 month which is cheap. Everything was fine at first. I noticed the community was ghetto, my ceiling leaked and the plaster was falling from it. Once I had a "water bug" infestation that was simply roaches. My power was cut off several times. a trench in the parking lot that damaged my vehicle. Our water was off for 2 days I remember. Hallways are dirty. My biggest concern was when I was leaving 3 months bf my lease was out break is = to 1 months rent. 425. they had me pay my move in specail $312. I only got the specail 2 times = to $50. (pay after the 1st u dont get specail).60 day notice was required!!!!! Not only will I not rent from here, but I will never rent again after this. Spread the word.I am the 3rd person I know with the same probs from there.
