Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I have seen many improvements in the 10 months that I have lived here at The Ashton. They have replaced the carpet in my building (which was much needed). I have heard that they are doing all the buildings. I seem to be getting a lot better neighbors. One guy that just moved in beside me works in Oak Ridge at one of the labs. Another neighbor is a teacher. I have enjoyed it here and am signing a new lease next week to stay another year.
