I lived there for...damn...I have no clue anymore and didn't have that many HUGE issues I don't anticipate having at every other apartment I go to...

1) carpeted balconies - what a goofy idea. if it rains...you're screwed
2) LOUD neighbors - my neighbors were ok. A redneck couple watched country TV during the day up loud and I didn't mind that. A few people would party on the weekends, but that's a given. There was an apartment that partied every other Weds and Thurs. playing horrible hippy music until 5 am...that sucked majorly
3) The pool in the summertime - If it wasn't the brothers taking over the ENTIRE pool to play football in it was the hispanic guys who'd leer at you from across the pool. I didn't feel all together copacetic there
4) Parking (first come, first served) - but isn't that everywhere'

There wasn't any unusual smell and no huge maintenance problems. The only thing I heard was that there was a shooting, but that was 2mths after I left.

I didn't hate it too much so I may go back. But like another reviewer said...if you don't have good neighbors...you're screwed.
That sums it up nicely.
