First off the apartments are very very small. Second off you might get things fixed then they break again that is if they were repaired right the first time. The staff in maintenance are super nice and friendly, but when you have CHEAP management , then they can only do so much.

You better like noise. You can hear your neighbor's phone ring if you are lucky. Me I heard them making out and their thumping stereo. And dont let the management fool you with their 3 strikes you are out policy . I made much more than that on my neighbor and they stayed so whatever. And the courtesy cop, HA! What a joke. He is a lazy Knox cop getting free rent for NOTHING!

Don't be fooled by their great specials. After the lease is up they will WHOP it to you. 2 BR at 832 SF for $535 OR for a BALCONY is $20 MORE a month. And what a small UNSAFE looking balcony it is. Also, if you decide to move and turn in your notice , LOOK OUT! THEN they will want to bend over backwards to keep you. BUT be weary.

Oh and the MODEL is nice. DEMAND to see YOUR apartment that management has in mind for you. IF you are crazy enough to live there that is. The ACTUAL and MODEL are TOTALLY different. The apartments are not well kept up at all. Just the exterior is ALL.

The pool and workout center are DOLLHOUSE kinds. They are nice but that is it. They use their unique laundry service to sell the place. Now I will say ONE good thing it was great. The guy that does it is great.

So be wary and do NOT live there. There are plenty of other NICER BIGGER and about the same rent or better to live. And cheaper deposits. So out of 10 being perfect I give The TRashton at West Hills a BIG ZERO!!!!!!

FINALLY DO NOT MOVE HERE. WHEN I WAS THERE I REGRETTED AFTER JUST ONE WEEK AND IT WAS TORTURE.

Oh you forgot how the property manager is a liar and two faced too. She should not be able to manage a dog house. She will do ANYTHING for the money. The ho should be FIRED!
