This place isn't that bad (I have seen worse), but if I could do it over again I would probably NOT live here! My building is very quite when it comes to the loud music and partying, but you definitely can hear everything! The doors in the hallways are VERY loud when they shut...and you can hear them on every floor! I heard dogs barking in the apt next to me and below me EVERY morning!!! I could also hear my neighbors WHOLE phone call through the wall in my bedroom...and I didn't have to strain to hear! My air conditioner (the few times I used it) is so loud in my room that I had to sleep out on the couch!

The balcony "railing" is PLASTIC!!! I definitley wouldn't hang out, out there! The "carpet" is NASTY!!!! What genious decided to put carpet outside on an uncovered balcony'!'

Maintenance: Oh, don't even get me started!!!! I had to put in a request twice about my shower that didn't drain, and when they finally came....they didn't even fix it!
I put in a third request to fix it and....it still does NOT drain!!!! I finally went and bought some draino myself and it is better than it was (it's manageable).

I had a problem with my A/C freezing when I first moved in the one time I used it...they said it was normal! NOW in the middle of summer it is doing it again and what they said was "normal" has caused me to go from a $25 KUB bill to over $100!!!! I have used the AC maybe 5 times in the past month, which is NOT that expensive!!! Will they pay the bill....NO!!!! The maintenance will probably be here next week to fix it! (I see them walking around the office all the time...they are definitely not overloaded with things to do!)

Don't even try to break the lease....even if you have a valid reason!!! It will cost you a FORTUNE!!!

Don't think since you got the "special" when you first signed your lease that you will get it again! No...your rent will go up! I definitely wouldn't pay more to stay!!!!

Laundry...there's no facilty in my building so I wouldn't really say it was a great service! Didn't know about someone doing it for me!

Parking at my building was never bad, so I have no complaints on that.

The inside of the buildings are a little creepy...they need to be brighter and a little more welcoming!

Management....they are "fake" and just want to make money! They could really care less about the tenants!!!

Never got to use the pool...if you like to swim with about 15 kids, go for it!!!

My electricity (and mine alone) was off "forever" one time, and it ended up someone had switched it off in the main breaker room! I don't really like the idea that just "anyone" can get to the breakers!!!

Don't expect to have a hot shower longer than 3 minutes!!! And definitely don't expect them to fix it! I asked every time they "fixed" the draining problem!

The only really good thing that I liked about this place was the fact I felt safe IN my apartment(on the third floor). The parking lot wasn't too bad...I wasn't afraid at night, but it could be better lit (the light seems to be off every time I go out there!). I live alone, and that is a very important factor in where I live! So if you want to feel safe and really don't care about anything else....my apt will be available VERY soon!

Oh when you turn in that 60 day notice Suzanne will bend over backwards with "promises" to get you to stay and lower the rent too. The rent is all I would believe her about.
