If this is all you can afford, then its fine. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they are trying to sprucin things up with new paint jobs and such, but thats about it. The maintenence is slow to boot, and the management is awful. I have had a two foot hole in my ceiling for almost three weeks and nothing has been done and management tried to turn it on me. There are various things that are missing from my apartment from when I moved in and they have not been replaced. A number of the porches around me look like they are going to cave in. I can hear every step the people above me make, and when its time for me to go to sleep, I can hear them "makin whoopy." People also feel like they can park in the grass instead of the parking lot, it looks so trashy! To top it off, there is a drainage problem in my parking lot that attracts wasps, mosquitos, and bees. Everytime it rains, there is pool of mud water. Do not live here if you expect nice living!!!
