I have lived here for two years, and would give them a B plus or A minus overall. I've never had people give me grief in the office, they've always been flexible with me. The maintenance guys showed up same day to fix one issue, and the next day on another. Otherwise, I've not had an issue about it. My upstairs neighbors sometimes make noise, or as one person put it "whoopy", but what do expect 20-somethings to do, not have sex' I think the people that are upset with the place either don't live here, or act inappropriately around people, and get treated with the same attitude. I've been nice, and had a pleasant experience. Yeah, it's not an upscale, yuppie environment. It's college kids, kids just out of college, starter families, and blue collar workers. That's why its cheap, thats why its centrally located to all the school/employment opportunities that cater to us/THOSE people. If you want to look down on low/low-middle class income people, fine, I hope karma doesn't chomp on ya.
