WOW Good JOB SD BELL!!! May you never leave-YOU ARE AN ANSWERED PRAYER FOR ANYONE WHO LIVED HERE WHEN ALEXANDER PROPERTIES RAN THE SHOW!!!
LOOK at the landscaping look at the lights that are installed in the parking lot. SEE that they have finally gotten a courtesy officer on the property now-NOTE Alexander Properties did not have one OR no one ever saw him NOR DID THEY CARE. We NOW have a volleyball court, a dog park that is constantly being used, a nice play area for the children,new cleaner laudermats etc. THE property is 100% better than it was thanks to SD BELL and if you don't think they are better than Alexander Properties(the do nothing company who left us in this sorry state)OPEN YOUR EYES!!!! I would like to point some things out . There are so many changes that SD BELL had made and FINALLY did what ALEXANDER Properties was NEVER going to do!!! For instance Alexander Properties if you went to Maintenance those lazy good for nothings would not even hand you a screen and they had them right there!!!!!!!!!!! They DID NOT WANT TO GET up from the nothing they did and hand you one. SD BELL will not only give you one but comes and installs it and comes right then does not blow you off ie Alexander . They WANT to make this a nice place. Their maintanence team is knowledgeable(unlike Alexander Properties that did not know how to do anything-I have examples,SD BELL's team is friendly and fast on response. GIVE THEM THE PROPS THEY DESERVE and don't balme them for Alexander shortcomings. Most complainers I am sure were evicted or took off no one could say that this is not better than what we had- come on you can't get worse than Alexander Properties. And if balconies are your gripe again BLAME ALEXANDER PROPERTIES -the money that would have been alloted to all or balconies was used to fix a plumbing problem that ALEXANDER PROPERTIES KNEW ABOUT and as usual IGNORED so guess what they had to use some of the balcony money to FIX again a major problem that ALEXANDER Properties ignored and let get in a disasterous state.

I have lived in The Briarcliff for 6 years and have seen 3 different management groups come through.SD BELL IS THE BEST I AHVE EVER SEEN AND MOST WILLING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT! GIVE THEM TIME AND DON"T BLAME THEM FOR ALEXANDER PROPERTIES DO NOTHING ON MAINTENANCE LEFTOVERS NIGHTMARES> It is sad that the SD BEll management is getting the flack from the leftover sorry service that Alexander Properties left the property in. When SD BELL took over they had NO idea the property was in the shape that it was in but have been working around the clock HARD to make it right -ALEXANDER PROPERTY LEFT this to SD BELL - some 40 units on the property with NO working air-conditioning units and over 20 hot water heaters that were out and this was in the DEAD OF SUMMER!!!!! The maintenance team works from sun up to sun down - I have seen them working until 11 pm.ARE YOU COMPLAINERS willing to do that at your job' GIVE THEM TIME To correct the sorry state that the worthless don't know how to do anything -do nothing but stay in the shed maintanence team from Alexander Properties left this place in!!!

wHO ARE YOU KIDDING? IT IS SO OBVIOUS YOU WORK FOR SDBELL!! I JUST MOVED OUT THREE WEEKS AGO AND DID NOT SEE ANY IMPROVEMENTS- I STILL HAD MOLD OUT THE WAZOO IN MY APTS AND MY CABINETS WERE FALLING APART. NUMEROUS POLICE CALLS FOR DRUGS AND NOISE. I WOULD NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND THAT PROPERTY TO ANYONE..SO QUIT POSTING BOGUS REVIEWS SDBELL!!

Funny, I do work there. I can't say much about the past, but this poster is telling the truth. remodeled laundry facilities, Many more lights in the parking area, new landscaping and recent tree pruning.. I'm sorry you had problems, but the place has really changed. I'm sorry you were evicted, but the tennants I work with are happy to be here. I do mold inspections and cabinet repair as well, I don't see where you ever called?.?
