I would say the worse part about living here is the fact that my car got broken into. The fact that there is a courtesy officer is mainly so you think you are safe. And besides that, most apartment complexes have them. So no real bonus here.
The bathroom has mold in the shower and to cover it up, the painted over it instead of getting rid of it. They are also bad about informing residents when they will have to shut off water, electricity or come into your apartment. The walls are really thin and you can hear people walking in the hallway.
A good thing is that if you are lucky enough to have a balcony, they are decent size. The building is just cheaply made, but that is going to be the same way at most complexes. Oh and the sliding glass door with the screen falls off constantly as well as the doors to the closet. And the AC unit is in the bedroom and is pretty loud. It takes some serious getting used to.

I agree ,many cars have been broken into. And what about the shooting the other night. Sounds like they need one officer per building not just one officer in the whole complex.
