I like it, I have lived there for 2 years. Quick maintenance and nice staff. ! My favorite part is that there is very good sound insulation between apartments. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I would completely disagree. The sound insulation? What sound insulation? I can hear everything. From people walking in the hallway to my next door neighbor's TV to my downstair neighbor's alarm.

Great sound insulation?! Haha! Let's see when I lived there, there was a guy who played guitar who lived above me to the right, the people who lived directly above me had 2 kids and dogs.. and every morning around 6 am it sounded like a herd of cattle had just been let loose. Then there were the frat boys who lived next door. The room they liked to hang out in the most happened to be the one right next to my bedroom...it was horrible. Oh, and did i mention the roaches? Yeah cause there were several. Ick!
