This is a nice location. The apartments are older but quaint. The only problem we have is with our neighbors especially the one above us. She has 3 kids and they are always leaving stuff outside the front of the building like they are the only ones who live here. She is loud and leaves her television on all night and we had to buy fans to block out the sound. They also throw millions of cigarette butts down off the balcony and beer cans and they basically take over the pool along with some other apartment people in the summer.In our building we have one washer and dryer and it only runs hot water.
