First off, I just read those last two reviews, and I have something to say to them. I'm sorry you seem to think that you are the only people in the world, but guess what'' If you are old enough to live in an apartment, you are old enough to not have to be babysat! If you have an f'n problem with your neighbors, talk to them about it. The staff has no WAY of knowing exactly who is leaving their stuff in the W/D. As far as the maintenance goes, did you notice that they at least came BACK to try to fix it again'''' There can be a lot of different options for what could be wrong and the fact that they care enough to come BACK should say a lot. Now, as far as MY review of the apartments, and I have personally lived in a LOT of apartments, I can't imagine a better place to live. I'm not going anywhere anytime soon. The staff is extremely friendly and will bend over backwards, I'm talking about going beyond their normal work duties in order to help you any way they can and you don't find that anywhere else! The maintenance crew is extremely helpful, and they are PROMPT. They always come fix things that day(and NO, i'm not the only one they do that for) and if they don't, it's for a very good reason. The neighbors are fantastic, sure you deal with little problems here and there, but guess what' That happens everywhere! And compared to other places, this place is phenomenal. So, if I had to choose a place to live all over again, after living here for several months, I would still choose Cedar Bluff Apartments again and again and again.
