Looks like someone beat me to writing in response to those awful (that right its awful not awEful- learn to spell) reviews on Cedar Bluff Apartments. I have lived here for over a year and a half and LOVE IT. It is quiet and you really build a relationship with the other people that live in the building. Everyone is nice and they have a sense of pride in their home and they take care of it. Everytime I've called in a work order-- which I think it has been MAYBE 5 times, the maintenance has been out to fix it the same day- and usually in under an hour to fix it! AND the office staff would call me shortly there after to make sure things were fixed and I was pleased... cmon, you cant get much better. Anytime I've been in the office, I felt special. They know my name, my apartment, I'm not just another number to them. They even know that I take a receipt every month when I pay rent! I have never seen a team that works like the team at Cedar Bluff. I have had office staff come to my apartment and fix something when maintenance was off, or the maintenance team take my rent and write me a receipt when the office was busy!!! You can't find a better place in Knoxville to live-especially for the price! I'm staying!!
