I'm very pleased with CBA. My building is well kept, and the staff is very prompt and whiling to help make repairs as needed. One thing that sets them apart in my mind is their level of communication. I'm always left with a note letting me know that someone was in my apartment, the status of the repair, and if they will be coming back.
It doesn't have the most conveniences, but the size of the apartment combined with low rent made a deal that I'm very happy with. I want to emphasize a point about CBA. In fact it was a deal that I couldn't find anywhere else in West Knoxville.
