I had a year long lease with Cedar Bluff Apartments and it was a HUGE mistake. I ended up moving out after 7 months and paying rent just to avoid living there. I have found the staff to be difficult and completely aloof to the conditions of their grounds. My apartment had a giant earwig infestation and they refused to spray because we "weren't scheduled to have a spraying until next month." I'd estimate I killed at least 20 bugs a day; some even in my bed. There is a large village of homeless people that lives behind the complex. They frequently wander into the parking lot, shouting obscenities at the tenants. My security deposit wasn't returned to me because on the initial move-in sheet, I listed living room stains as minor and through a "matter of opinion" they thought the stains were more than minor. They will find anyway to swindle you out of your money and show no remorse. Avoid these apartments at all cost. The property manager, Charlene, is obviously completely incapable of running the complex.
