I never had any problems living at Cedar Ridge, but it wasn't the greatest place. The appliances are old (think seventies sunburnt yellow stove and fridge) and the place was kind of small. Rent seems a little high for what you're getting. I don't know what the rent is now but I entered in what I remember paying a few years ago. Parking is INSANE - they will physically TOW your car if you do not have a Cedar Ridge sticker on it - so if you have friends come to visit... WATCH OUT. Visitor parking section is small and often gets filled up quickly. Otherwise, it was a decent place to live, and if you aren't real picky about where you stay, it's not a bad place. It's in a wooded area, which is pretty and nice, and I NEVER heard any noise from neighbors. I never dealt much with the office staff, but the maintance guys were always super nice. I would recommend this place, as long as you consider the problems with parking and as long as you don't mind a yellow stove and fridge.
