The overall space and privacy of the apartments are good. But there are some situtations with the parking...I think there is only like 12 to 15 spaces for guests. And the people that park down there night after night after night, I believe live here with other residents, but they don't have a parking pass...so when I have company there is nowhere for them to park. However there is ample space in the residents' parking so the other night my friend parked infront of my apartment since there were no spaces at the visitor parking. We awoke the next morning to find the car was missing...it had been towed. Not only did I call the manager only to hear, "too bad...we have to make it fair for everyone..." but we also had to pay a $90.00 towing fee to get the car. We were told that no one had called the wrecker service...the wrecker service just comes and checks in the middle of the night to make sure all of the cars parked in resident parking have the parking pass. But there are no signs posted anywhere about it being resident parking only and violators will be towed at their own expense. I could be crazy but I don't believe they can just randomly come out and tow a car and make $90.00 a pop. I am utterly disguisted with the whole situation. And the wrecker service (who will remain nameless) were rude and they did not have change for a $100.00 bill...the change was only $10.00...so if you ask me it is quite ridiculous.

The other downfalls include:
The hot water doesn't last long
The appliances and appearance of kitchen and bathrooms are outdated...but not god-awfull
You can hear the people upstairs and the person on either side of you use the restroom.
The AC doesn't work and when I called to have someone look at it they told me to give it a few days...
The drawer space in the kitchen....we only have 5 drawers...

Please don't think that the apartments are awfull...if they were I wouldn't live here...but go ahead and look around...they are the biggest for the price that I have seen...
