Listen up because you re not going to get more real then this. The one bedrooms are decent in size and the two are a joke. I checked out both before moving in this year. First and foremost there is a major problem with design on some of these, there is a wall that greets you when you open your from door, which means if you intend on bringing a sofa in you better be prepared to fix a hole in the wall because there is no other way to get it through. Next the laundry facilities are a joke they are 75 cents a pop and insanely small and useless. The washers work adequately. But the dryers are ridiculous, I had to run 5 pairs of boxers (that was all the load consisted of) twice in order to dry them! The people who show you the place are nice enough but the ladies who take the checks at the actual rental office are very rude. Also parking is a joke, there is no assigned parking and there are times when you have to park in the area assigned to guests because it s so full up. This especially when it comes to a freezing cold or incessantly rainy evening can be particularly aggravating. Safety well for a guy such is myself I think it s all ok. But I do have a female friend that has been a little on edge lately as an unknown person has been leaving creepy notes about her beauty on her car (and she s married with a kid). Also my neighbor below me recently got arrested I don t know why as I mainly keep to myself, but I haven t seen him enter his place in weeks. Draw your own conclusions I m just giving the facts.
