Let's be blunt! The management is horrible. She is rude and very unaccomidating. The manager has no sense of reasoning, I can not begin to describe how unpolite and uncourteous she is. The maintenance guys pretty much act like they are doped up all the time. I am serious, this place is a joke. The worst problem by far is the parking. They will tow your car faster than you can blink, and visitor parking might as well not exsist. Let's talk about the apartments. Decent not awful, the saying is true you get what you pay for! You can hear every solitary move your neighbors make. Everything from using the bathroom to turning their air unit on. The appliances suck, they are from the 1970's and that is saying it generously. Although it is not the worst part of town, lets be honest, you will live next to trash!!! Every neighbor we have looks like something off the street corner. Most tenants are loud and obnoxious. Being close to campus you attract some college students that like to party, it is safe to say that there are people probably cooking meth around you. Well that is how they act and look at least. Good luck if you move in here it is a trip to hell. Oh and do not even attempt to do laundry, it will drain your pocket and not clean your clothes.
