I have lived here for 2 years and am glad to see the changes new management is making. This location is one of the best in town, but until recently the office staff has been no good. I'm waiting to see what other positive things happen now that Brookside has taken over!

What Concepts 21 are you living at? I think the management change was not a good choice. When you call or have a problem there is one leasing consultant that answers the phone and "he" never knows anything. They are not trained to run a successful business.
