Cindy Shemwell is not the manager at Copper Pointe, and she is far from rude or evil. Sounds like an employee to me. Come by the office and meet the manager who has been there since May. The property improvements are great, and the staff is, too. Our doors are always open.

You're stupid! That place sucks and so does their staff, especially the Property Mgr. She is the worst. If they get rid of her, the place may be a better place to live. She is rude and she doen't listen to you when you try to talk to her. I moved out just because of her. They should have given the Mgr's position to Nicki. She was the only one that knew what was going on around that place and she was also the only one that knew what true customer service was.

I agree with mblaster as far as the customer service being non existent; I have had parking issues ever since I have lived there, although they just implemented a new parking permit rule that does not seem to be enforced being that I still don???t have a parking place close to my apartment with cars parked right in front of my building with no tags. I have mentioned issues multiple times that never seem to get resolved (I am a current resident that will be leaving soon, so I don???t care to mention details at the time). I have had a couple situations where the management does not seem to understand my complaints or not give a crap. I mentioned that the people doing the work with replacing my apartment door had bad workmanship and the young girl working in the office went straight outside and told the contractors of what I said; I did not realize this until I went outside and was approached by the work team supervisor who confronted me and I will be honest, there was almost a confrontation. This was a VERY unprofessional act by the office management at Copper Pointe. Needless to say, I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. |
