AWFUL EXPERIENCE - RUN AWAY!

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
I have lived in Concepts for several years. I complained MANY times of high energy bills and they said NOTHING was wrong with my unit. Finally, after years of paying $150/month !! for staying VERY cold in the winter and VERY hot in the summer, they FOUND THE LEAK! Yes, I believe they SHOULD pay for the money I lost, but instead, they just went up on my rent $140 in 2 years!!
Recommendation: DON'T STOP HERE - RUN AWAY! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
