Obviously the folks who write bad reports are in the minority. Management sends out surveys to residents about maintenance and staff, and the feedback is posted on the office door. So, if you want to know the truth, stop by Copper Pointe yourself and feel free to talk to the residents you see. It is true that rents have gone up due to the renovations, but the community is beautiful and well worth the price. They are still lower than the competition in the area for similar apt. homes. I have lived here for 5 years, and the new management has made many positive changes! T. Johnston

10 out of 14 reviews would put the people that write bad reports would put them in the majority... 29% would recommend, meaning 71% would not, again a majority. That must be why you get along with the management so well....

Most of the time, it is only people with issues that write comments - I think this person meant the Majority of the residents. Go by the office and see for yourself!

I really do not have much to imply on your review. Just that I do strongly believe that this place is a complete joke. Trust me I live in #6 right by the office. I see what goes on as far as the matenience goes. I won't say exactly what but I have had to file complaints on one of them. It is not worth the money. The take no pride in there so call "renovations" Why did I ever live in something that looked like it took 5 minutes to renovate. Believe me their is more problems I have with this place, too many to metion. I guess you have not had any problems with them. Lucky you I guess there is always a few people out of a bunch whose favor differs.
