In july I moved to copper pointe. For one, I now hate renting for the simple fact that it just wastes your money b/c you will never own it and not to mention it's way too expensive for what you get. The managment is horrible!!! I liked it when jimmy was there. (assistant manager.)I did not live there when it was concepts 21 but now that brookside has taken over alot of long time residents says that it has changed for the worse. Yea, the outside looks appealing and looks quite swanky so to speak. But, just live there for a while and you will come to find out how big of a dump it really is. They did an abosolute horrible job of renovating the apartments. They have so called "crown molding" in them now. All it looks like to me is just white trim with a slab of paint on it. What I am trying to say is it looks like it took them 5 minutes to do it all. They honestly do not care about their residents because if they did they would strive to make them more happier. So, the moral of my story is PLEASE!!! do not come here. You see all the other reviews I only seen like 2 that had to say decent things about this hell hole. And all they were really saying was just give them a chance they will do better. So even those people know this place is screwed up. They are just the optimistic ones who have faith in the managment. I sure don't they have given me every reason to move out and tell everyone who is even thinking about moving here to just drive on.
