Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
My roommate and I have lived in this apt. complex for 2 years and we have only one complaint. If you don't pay your rent by the 5th of the month, you will get a 10% late fee for real. There is no way that the manager will waive this. We have only been late one time, but I don't think we will be again. I have to say the maintenance team is the best I have ever had. They even work until 7 pm in case you want to be home. This is convenient for us because we have a dog. We will probably stay here until we decide to relocate or buy a house.
