We have been residents at Copper Pointe since Fall of '06. It is very convenient to a lot of things. The mall is about 5 mins., plenty of restaurants and Turkey Creek is about 10-15 mins. away. WOW! The only thing I can complain about is not a lot of closet space!!!! My husband puts his clothes in the spare bedroom and it still is not enough room. There is no bar in the coat closet to hang your coats''' We don't hear our neighbors much at all, every now and then, but remember people it is an apartment complex not a house! That is something that you kind of expect. Don't have pets, but have seen poop everywhere, that could be cleaned up my the owner of the animal. Parking has never been a problem, usually up front parking always. The updates are okay, however if you decide to stay here, look close to the updates before signing the dotted line. They are not the best of updates. The apts. are starting to show their age! Our apt. is extremely unleveled, most of the furniture leans to the side and it is noticeable! Oh well, we will be here until we find a house. One other thing, we have to keep our thermostat on 80-83 degrees to keep the bedrooms warm, but of course the rest of the apt. will be blazing! What is that about'''
