I don't normally do things like post ratings on web sites but I think that anyone who is considering living here should know that the manager is a liar and you should watch out if you move-in. I was prompted to write this as I was reading other reviews because I noticed that the response posted on jan 7, 07 was from a MMontgomery which is the manager's name. She claims in her review that she lives here and loves it and I know for a fact that she does not nor never has. I have been a resident for several months and just in talking with my neighbors have heard of several other incidents that Maryweather the manager has lied or been rude. She has always been very unfriendly and short to me whenever I have been in the office. Caveena is the only nice one in there. The maintenance is pretty good but the apartments really look shabby on the inside. Also, when they post notices that they are going to do work - they don't actually show up when they say they are going to - very annoying when you have made arrangements to take your dog to the kennel. We are just staying until our house is finished. I have friends who live at Walden's Legacy and The Willows - you might check there - they are both really nice places - WAY better than this. If you want to know what the manager is really like rather than listen to somoeone who has a bone to pick probably because they did not get their way with something, go by and meet her yourself! She has ben nothing but great to me!

It is true. The manager is very rude and has a short temper and she actually told us herself that she did not even live there. I should know, we talked with her on a regular basis. This is not bull. And I'm not afraid to admit that I have a bone to pick. If I didn't, I wouldn't be warning people about them. Oh yeah, and how convenient is it that this person's name happens to be mmontgomery just like the manager?? Why has your user name changed to scout83 then? Come on, I don't pretend I'm you!

I have meet a lot of rude people in my life living in Louisiana and the only person that I have seen on every review is ccatura. Look apartment living is going to have some noise at least you arent being shot at through the walls of your home. If you have children you know good and well that all children can get a little noisy at times. Look if you were looking for total quietness go live in a library. I have lived in apartments and have owned my own home and let me tell you unless you live 100 miles from your neighbor there is always going to be someone who is going to bother you in some kind of way. This is an upgrade for lots of people in this world. If you are that unhappy maybe you should seek counseling. Follow the rules and watch your neighbor follow suit. It just takes one person to start a trend in this world. Why not voice your opinion on your own space and leave other spaces alone. No I am not working for the apartments. I am honestly from Louisiana and I am a devoted christian and I believe in turning the other cheek and helping my fellow neighbors. Don't you think your neighbor could hear you if you were hearing them?
