It makes me sick to read all these stupid emails from people who have obviously done something they shouldn't and then bl;amed it on the manager or staff. I have lived her for 3 years and been a model tenant. I pay my rent on time, and in return, the property is neat and clean, the amenities are well-kept, and the maintenance service is the best I have ever had! The pool is an awesome place to be as well, and management makes sure that only the residents who live here can use it. I have lived in other apartment communities where management really was as bad as some I have read on this website, but Copper Poine is not in the same league. If you really want to know what it's like here, don;t waste your time reading these reviews. Come by and meet the staff and read what others have written about them and the property. I plan to stay here until I decide to buy a house, and I am not sure when that will be!

Oh, about the pool... anyone can just walk in the unlocked gates. I've seen it happen before. In fact, I've never been at the pool without watching at least 4-10 teenagers fooling around, diving and being loud and cussing in front of my 4 children. And I HAVEN'T done anything that I shouldn't have while I lived there. Try, the management wants an easy ride and cuts lots of corners. Don't get me started.

that is true about the pool - the pool is used by the tenants of the low income housing across the street - my roomate and I have to use the pool at her parent's home just to get some peace
