This is a nice place to live. Very Clean. Handyman comes within the hour when called. The office personnel have been very responsive when called about any problems. The grounds are well kept. Copper Pointe is a safe place to live in a nice neighborhood and is conveniently located about a mile from the West Town Mall and Wal-Mart and is within close driving distance of many businesses. The office staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to assist with any problems that may arise. Last summer our air conditioner went out and a maintenance man showed up almost immediately and had the air back on in s a very short time. The office is quick to respond to any complaints made by the tenants. We moved here last August and have been very happy living here. We recommend Copper Pointe highly to anyone looking for an apartment in West Knoxville.

Just wait - the honeymoon won't last long and then you will understand the negative reviews. You are one of the lucky ones if you are enjoying your apartment. However it is true that the maintenance people are nice.

Oh yeah, wait until you move out and they charge you $80 a pop for cleaning each bathroom after YOU cleaned them. $125 for cleaning the carpet which had stains from the maintenance people's dirty, oily feet. And then when they say they'll work with you about those charges, you'll get a letter saying that they can't work with you. THEN!... they'll report you to a collection agency within a month of getting the letter! Have a great stay!

I work at a different property. Maintenance personel remove their shoes when doing service work. You can make that request when you call for service. Maintenance is usually liked more than the "office staff" because we work with the residents every day. We are still controlled by the office, but still, we like happy residents. For anyone moving in or out. Have a copy of your move-in inspection with you when you do a move-out inspection. Take pictures while the manager is walking with you. It helps them to know you cannot be a push over.
