I have moved into this apartment 2 months ago. When I first moved in my mother did a walk through of the entire apartment for anything that was wrong (so it could be documented so I won't be charged when I move out). We had several pages of things that were defective (mostly little things). On the bigger things, we had maintenance fix everything in the apartment (outlets, cabinet doors, sliding glass door, water heater, etc.) within the first week. Maintenance was very efficient and quick in all the work. Meriweather was more shocked by seeing the extensive list of error that me and my roommates turned; at first I thought she was being very rude (almost as if she didn't believe that these things were in the condition listed), but she made sure that everything was taken care of.
We have made a few complaints about one of our neighbors and Meriweather has taken care of both situations.
My only complaint is the parking...I get home every night very late because of work. There are times when I don't think I'll get parking, but I always find one because I'm toward the back of the complex. There was also an incident where my apartment received a noise complaint in error, but when my roommates and I went to speak with Meriweather she figured out the mistake and immediately took it out of our file.
So far, my roommates and I love the apartment. Hopefully we don't have problems if or when we move out.
