Okay as a person that had lived in copper pointe,i will give you some description of this apartment from my point of view.No i am not an employee but i was just a renter that had stay in this apartment for at least 1 and 1/2 years. For the record i am not lashing out and I do not exaggerate anything here.
1.Price
if you go to any website about apartment,it is true that this apartment is more pricey than the other apartment around.start at
# Studio --557-617
# 1 BR -- $617-687
# 2 BR -- $790-820
# 3 BR -- $954-972.What i am saying do some research about other apartment you know what i means that they overcharge.http://knoxvilleapartmentguide.com/alist.idc'alpha=C
2.Building
The building is kinda old too.especially the bathroom.but the kitchen cabinet is just renewed.the wood stair always squeak when you walking so you know when your neighbor go home and it's kinda annoying when they go home at midnight or later.the wall is somewhat have no function we can hear our neighbor screaming or just even talking normally.
3.Management
the maintenance guys is really friendly and helpful but it is true that the property manager ---------- rude.First i thought she just busy that's why she never say anything when i went to pay my apartment .But one's i talk to her about my complain she just talk loud and plain rude.Start your whole day with bad mood.
4.Parking
It is so true that it's so hard to get nearest parking lot sometimes you got a walk to get to your apartment especially on weekend.It's nightmare.Because the feeling you park your car away .afraid that something gonna happen to it and also when you wake up from your self you remember you park it all the way make you feel so lazy to go out.and it getting worse if you got a lot of stuff from buying grocery.
5.Dog Poo!!
i step on it a lot!! Every night i need to watch my step carefully to avoid the trap.even near the mail box!!yikes
6.Party
it is true that they held it on the beginning of summer and spring sometimes in between but i never and do not want to attend it because mostly they do it on weekend .and a lot of kids and outside people come so somewhat noisy.i will prefer they decrease the rent than do something like it.
7.Laundry
i don't care about other like pool or fitness center because i am hardly use it.The laundry room is protected with key but there's only about 10 dryer and 10 washing machine for all the people that staying there so for the people who like to do their laundry on weekend that's gonna be pain..
Overall i will not recommend my friends to stay in this apartment,i had been lived for other 2 apartments and this is the worse.

Hmmmm, how many languages can you read and write? I thought it was interesting. I think it is more important to discuss the points of the message, not poke fun at the messenger.

I didn't think Copper Pointe rented to six year old children who could not spell.
