SINCE I HAVE BEEN AT COPPER POINTE APT, I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT EXCELLENT SERVICE, NO MATTER WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, THE OFFICE AT COPPER POINTE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET THE JOB DONE, THEY HAVE RESOLVED ALL MY ISSUES QUICKLY AND WITHOUT PROBLEMS. THE FRONT OFFICE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND CONTINUES TO SHOW SUPPORT TO TENANTS BY OFFERING MONTHLY EVENTS IN THE LOCAL CLUB HOUSE. I RECOMMEND YOU TO VISIT THIS LOCATION AND IM SURE YOU WILL LOVE IT.

Monthly events? There has only been one monthly event (a pool party) and I have lived here for about a year.

There is no way this is true.

This person is probably confused and is talking about the complex across the street whose tenants (young kids) use the Copper Pointe pool since they don't have one. Oh, and the management staff doesn't do anything about it
