I put up with Cooper Pointe, but would advise future residents to choose their apartment location wisely. Be careful not to get an apartment at a dead-end, because those areas of the parking lot are popular for kids to play and skateboard. Plus, the windows are very poor and residents can hear noises outside just like the windows were open! The poor windows also make for high A/C and heating bills. Also, there is a shortage of parking in many locations around the property. On the plus side, the apartments are priced okay and this is a nice and relatively quiet location.

The grounds are not properly cared for. I believe their policy is that pet owners need to clean up after their dogs, but Cooper pointe doesn't enforce it at all. I can't even play with my kids on the grass because we all end up with dog doo on our shoes. The residents are lazy and rude for not cleaning up, but the management is just as much to blame since they obviously don't enforce their pet clean-up policy.

Also, since the screen doors were replaced with French Doors this summer, we don't have any screens. Because the apartments are so poorly insulated, they get hot even in 60 and 70 degree weather. It was a very bad move not to replace the screens, as a bunch of residents have been leaving their doors open, undoubtedly causing an increase in bugs....bad planning on the part of the management. Also shows what little regard they have for out comfort.
