Copper Pointer has a new manager who seems to care about how people feel unlike the old manager.So far it is alot better she will sit and listen to you and take action on your complants. There is really nothing bad i can say about the Maintenance crew,the girl in maintenace i dont know her name but she is wonderful always friendly and polite. The office girls are fine a little busy most of the time but overall most of the time friendly. I have lived here for 2 yrs and i have no problems with my apt, when ever i put in a request it is taken care of right away.

This is so true, she becomes forgetful when it comes to things she said. She thinks her stuff don't stink.
