Good experiences, Bad Experiences...

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
I lived in CP for 6 months in a 1 bedroom studio. I liked the fact that it had a rustic feel to it. There were a lot of trees around, and the clubhouse was well kept. Overall the apartments were nice, but it was starting to show it's age. The biggest problem I had was that the air conditioner sounded like a train coming through the living room. There was always plenty of parking because they required tags. This wasn't grand for your friends though as guest parking was next to the clubhouse.
The only major problem I had was when I went to move out. They require an extra long notice, which wasn't a problem. I went in to the office and told them I was going to be moving out. What the girl didn't tell me was that there was as specific form to fill out. As it happened, when I turned off my power they called freaking out. Apparently the girl in question no longer worked for them either, so she wasn't able to verify that I had indeed come in. Ultimately I can't blame them for her actions, but she was a member of the office staff, so take that for what you will.
Maybe mine was just a bad experience, but I probably wouldn't go back and visit them again.
