I have read a few of these reviews and it does not sound like the apartment complex that I live in. I have only lived here for a month, but they have done everything I have asked. I live in a three bedroom two bath, and yes I pay almost a $1000 a month. However to me this is a small price to pay to not have to worry about maintanence and having the money to pay for expensive repairs.I moved into a freshly painted apartment, clean carpet, and what looked like new appliances (and they WORK). I have called about problems with the heat and it was fixed in the same day. I broke a key off in the lock and it was replaced within the hour. You see I use to own a few apartments and I am glad I do not have to worry about people not paying the rent, constantly tearing things up and then I had to come up with the money to fix "those accidents" that just kept happening. So with some of the reviews that I have read, how many of you destroyed property, failed to pay the rent, ran from management instead of going to talk with them. If I was a betting man I would bet these complainers fit into some of the above and more.

If you were a betting man you would have lost pal. I am a professional and have traveled to many different states and leased apartments from short term to long term and met with all kinds of management. This is absolutely the lousiest apartment complex I have ever had the displeasure of leasing from. I too was promised a newly refurbished apartment, new carpet new paint and new appliances. First off the apartment I was promised was no longer available (after following up with management on numberous occasions). The only good thing I can say about this complex is the mainenance personnel and the location and a few of the neighbors. I agree with the norm of the ratings here. You say you pay $1000.00, not too smart when you can rent a house for that and live how you want, not with a dictatorship.....
