Apartment was clean when I moved in. I had 2 medium sized dogs and I was assured they would be welcome, and I am grateful to report no problems with the pet policy, the complex is quite accomodating (pet park a great idea!) There were some maintenance issues but they were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Good value for the money; I got a nice 2 bed 1 bath for around 750. Everyone is friendly and the grounds are clean. I always get a parking space near my door, and it's close to everything. It is somewhat noisy although I do have a unit that faces the street. I'd say its certainly a good deal for what you pay for and I would recommend it to others.
