The night before me and my roommate were set to move into our apartment, someone caused a fire in the unit above ours and the water damage made our soon-to-be apartment uninhabitable. Despite the unfortunate accident, I presented them with a reciept for my hotel stay and the extra use of the u-haul and Copper Pointe reimbursed me in full without any haggling.
Since my stay, I have had two apartment repairs done the day after they were petitioned. Copper Pointe did not try to charge me for maintenance that is typical as others have tried to do. They were very courteous and I didn't have to worry about anything while i was working.
Aside from those extra amenities, the apartments are well kept, spacious, and highly affordable. Compared to my last 2 apartments, which cost the same, I get 50% more floor space, washer dryer connections, a balcony, and central heating and air. From my apartment search, I found and experience that Copper Pointe gives you a great deal for the rent I pay
