I have lived in Copper Pointe for about 9 months now and it has been the worst experience of my life. The management here is NOT willing to help very much. My dishwasher in my apartment has never worked and I have been doing dishes by hand since I moved in here. They said they would fix it numerous times and said they did but it still does not work! The rent here is way to expensive compared to other apartments in Knoxville! It is not worth all the money you pay for what you get. My apartment was also infested with bugs right after I moved in and we had to have an exterminator come for a month before all the bugs were gone!!! They said they "renovated" these apartments but living here has made me realize I am getting completely ripped off. I have a dishwasher that does not work, plastic railing on the outside rails, loud noisy neighbors, cops always getting called to Copper Pointe, dog s**t everywhere outside, never any parking at night, and I could go on and on about things that suck here. Copper Pointe looks very nice from the road but when you get inside these apartments they are disgusting and cheap. They sprayed spray paint on our floor and it is still there!!!! They were supposed to "fix" a lot of things in this apartment after we moved in and they never did. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND COPPER POINTE TO ANYONE!!! This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in with worthless management and maintenance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
