After reading some of these reviews, both before and after we moved in, I have a real problem with some of them. When it comes to the price of the rent, we took advantage of a move-in special making our rent for the first year considerably LOWER than the other tenants who had moved in long before we did. We have no problem with the office staff, they are quite friendly and helpful.

Yes our apartment has needed some things repaired, and the maintenance staff is the BOMB! Everything that needs fixing is fixed in a timely manner and the technician is always nice and even cleans up the mess after fixing whatever it is.

The parking issue is understandable as there are only so many spots for tenants. The issue is the visitors of the tenants taking the tenant parking. Every month a map is passed out clearly showing where the visitor parking is located. Granted to make it easier signage should be used to show where the visitor parking is located.

But on a whole, we have no problem with this complex or it's staff. The apartment is great, and so is the staff. We really enjoy living here.
