I have lived in these apartments for a year and a half. The old management crew was okay, but the new ones are awful.
Every time you put in a maintenance request, it takes them forever to complete it and half the time you get some snotty remarks from the office staff.
I have had problems with mold in my windows, patio door and bathroom. They supposedly "fixed the mold problem" but I still get it due to the condensation build up. They are now telling me I am responsible for cleaning the mold and preventing it. The windows and door leak air and aren't very well insulated. I finally got them to replace my two windows after having to fight with them over it.
We have had problems with the neighbors above us making a lot of noise and the management say they can't do anything about it. They make noise, yell, vacuum and hammer stuff into the walls at 3 in the morning.
We have had problems with maintenance stealing from our apartments, the manger says she can't do anything about this either.
So overall the buildings are very old and in poor shape, the office staff is very rude and aren't helpful. Maintenance is pretty nice, but don't always fix things the proper way, the grounds aren't very well taken care of and cars get broken into at least once a month.
