A few good things are: its very spacious for the price (except the tiny bathrooms), huge walk-in closet, lots of storage space, very clean when we first moved in, they allow large pets, nice maintenance staff (although I don't think they know what they are doing half the time). Once I forgot my key, and I was 9 months pregnant and coming home after a 13 hour shift, and they were very fast to come and let me in at about 7:30am.

Ok, now the bad, bad, bad: very noisy, especially if you work nights!, very rude and lazy office staff that seem to hate you before you even open your mouth, very drafty, horrible paint that gets a mark if you even touch it, old appliances, very shabby paint job on the cabinets in the kitchen and pretty much everywhere, the floors slant very noticeably, the gutters are completely clogged so that everytime it rains you get a flood on the walkway to the parking lot, and probably worst of all, I don't feel safe here at all.

This review is amazing. i agree 100%. especially the last part about not feeling safe and the rude office staff. Also the carpet stains VERY easily, i now see why they give you the welcome mat when you first move in.
