Within a month of living here, our car was broken into and the radio was stolen. Window damage cost $200 and value of radio was $100. Now, a month later, my son's car was just broken into, again the window was broken and the radio and tools were stolen. In readin past reviews, I find 9 months ago there were reports of car breakins and radio theft as well. Wish I'd have know these things in advance. On site security at night is needed, not just a empty Knoxville Sherrif's courtesy car parked in the lot.
