Donna Clowers is the manager, and she is very confrontational. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. She'll be nice until you rent, then she doesn't care. I've been threatened to be evicted for the following things: Grill on my patio, Flat tire on my car, expired tags, etc.
And only 4 washers and dryers for the whole property.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
They constantly start trouble.

I completely disagree with this review. Donna has always been very nice and ready to help in any way. Maybe you should learn to follow RULES and you won't have so many issues. You will have certain things that are included in the lease anywhere you go. You may want to read it to make sure you can follow the guidelines before signing. The issue with the grill is not managements fault. That came from the Knoxville Fire Chief's office as your notice stated!

Donna is not in and not ready to help in any way. How would you know what the notice stated? Are you a manager there? Fact is Donna Clowers is the worst landord I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She threatens everybody that lives there, she has her maintenance staff spy on tennants, etc, etc, etc.

She has never threatened me or done anything shady that I am aware of. However, I'm not a dead-beat and I pay my rent on time every month & don't incessantly make unnecessary complaints (and don't have junk cars with expired tags filling up the parking lot).

Oh, come on. I live in another apartment in Knoxville and once a year we get letters threatening the removal of cars with expired tags and no grills allowed. It's called MANAGEMENT, moron (and the thing about the grills *is* from the fire marshall).
