After reading the other reviews, I feel like I got lucky with my unit. I've only been here 4 months, but haven't had many problems. Management seems nice enough; I haven't had any issues. Maintenance is probably a bit incompetent but they are very friendly.

The bad: paint jobs are sloppy everywhere. Not enough bathroom counter space. No lighting in the living room/bedroom. Bedroom is drafty- windows seem to let out much heat- poor insulation. Thermostat is finicky/inaccurate. Bugs- you will probably want to buy a can of Raid and do your own spraying every month. No gym. One bedroom rent is a bit steep.

The good: new floors in the kitchen and bathroom. Apartment was spotless when I moved in, new carpet, etc. Neighbors don't bother me and are not loud (maybe I'm just lucky). Always plenty of parking. I have never felt unsafe here. Grounds are kept very clean & bushes always trimmed. Only 4 washers and dryers but no one ever uses them; I've never had to wait- good prices too. Basketball court is great.

People: do not leave valuables, radios, tools, or whatever in your cars. I have lived in many dangerous areas and have never had a break-in because I don't leave stuff in plain view in my car for some teenager to break in. I guarantee that all the thefts that have occurred here were from teenagers that live in the complex. Use common sense & bring your stuff inside if you don't want it stolen!
