My husband and I first moved when we got married, we had a large American bull dog which they knew about ahead of time. She would jump at the door when people got too close to the door, and we found her doing this often because the managers were trying to peer in the windows! The cabinet in the 1/2 bath that really should be called a 1/4 bath for the space had terrible water damage that never got fixed after we reported it and then they tried to charge us for it after our lease was up. The office staff was terribly rude about any concern or complaint, and very quick to point the finger at you for anything wrong. Once my little brother spent the week with us and a couple days later I got a letter saying that he was either to be added to the lease or leave immediately, no more over nigh visits! The parking was good and the noise level was ok except for Friday nights when the people next door would have their keg parties. The laundry room always scared me to death, I found a guy going through my stuff in the dryer once when I came back to get them, and the office manager said I should be staying there with them instead of leaving.... UM NO not by myself thats just crazy! All in all I would say the second worst place I ever lived (yeah lived at one worse!!!)

This place is like a luxury suite compared to other places I've lived. Aren't you lucky? Maybe that's your animal that's leaving all the dog poo all over the complex.
