Should be best college apartments after renovation

College Park is good overall. The only things I have to complain about is that there are a few trashy skanks and thugs (that probably don't even go to college) live here, bus services sometimes don't run without notice, and the furniture is tacky. But all this should change next semester since Crossing Place has bought it out. They are raising the rent, so most of the skanks will move out cause they wont be able to afford it. They are putting a gate up which can only be opened by a code. This will keeps the skanks that have to move out from being able to come back on the weekends, and the $5 million renovation should take care of the tacky furniture and then some. Compared to Sterling and Jefferson Commons, Crossing Place (without a doubt) will be the place to live in fall 2003.
