Well, I have lived here at College Park/Crossing Place for a year now. Since it changed ownership a lot of things have been going on like a huge renovation of the entire property. Pretty soon we will all be transfered to diferant apartments. This sucks....but, I have seen the end result which is going to be great! Plus, they are now offering free cable and wireless internet!! Which means that with all of the renovations, plus the free stuff, this will be one of the cheapest places in town to live. The office staff seems very nice so far. Maintenance as always could use some help...that is to be expected. But, overall I am willing to give Crossing Place another chance to prove their worth....are you'
